Position Available At : 62 Doty Court Richmond Hill, GA 31324 Hourly Pay Range : $15- $17 per hour Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service. At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed day care, working with school age children. Willingness to drive a 14-passenger minibus (no CDL required). Clean driving record required High school diploma or equivalent required BSAC (Basic School Age Care Certification) required. Successful completion of state background check and health assessments. CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain). Must be 21 years of age Responsibilities: Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style. Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app. Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate.
