Duties Include Hiring/Training/Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital/rehab center On-Call Oversight for all shifts Working the floor as support Weekly Payroll and Scheduling Opportunities Include Utilizing all Your Nursing and Management Skills Providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population Working and learning with an interdisciplinary team of care providers Private Duty, Skilled and Hospice Current Michigan License - LPN Minimum one (1) year experience Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
