Aulus Chania We are currently hiring for our new 5* resort Chania’s Best Ultra All-inclusive 5-star Resort | Aulūs Chania , an ultimate luxury experience, located in Chania, Crete for the season 2026. Assistant Waiter The Role: As a Waiter/Waitress B’ at Domes Resorts, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be serving food and beverages, ensuring a positive dining experience for Domes’ guests. Some of the responsibilities: Guest Services ·        Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner. ·        Thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit. ·        Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in taking and delivering food and beverage orders. ·        Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferences. Operational Services ·        Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly. ·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. ·        Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment. ·        Adhere to all health and safety regulations. ·        Assist the Waiter/Waitress A’ in providing and maintaining the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional service. ·        Removing dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables. Collaboration ·        Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Useful to have: ·        High School or vocational training in a similar field is preferred. ·        Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred but not required. ·        Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations will be considered as a plus. ·        Conversational English level and familiarity with POS system a is a plus as well. What you will bring: ·        Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ·        Excellent planning and organizational skills. ·        Ability to build relationships, internally and externally, withing their department and between their department and the rest of the hotel. ·        Proactive way of managing and organizing with an eye to detail. ·        Communication and interpersonal skills for better service.
