Domes Resorts are now hiring a Income Auditor for Aulus Lindos Rhodes. Αποστολή στα πρακτορεία λιστών με εισπρακτέες προκαταβολές από Early Booking Deposits (EBDs) ανά περίοδο που προβλέπουν τα εκάστοτε συμβόλαια. Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων EBDs και ανάκτηση ανείσπρακτων ποσών σε συνεννόηση με τα πρακτορεία. Έλεγχος καταχωρήσεων των rates από το τμήμα κρατήσεων στην Opera βάσει των τιμών που προβλέπουν τα εκάστοτε συμβόλαια αλλά και των Special Offers που τρέχουν κατά την περίοδο που γίνεται η κράτηση. Αποστολή των τιμολογίων στα πρακτορεία και προετοιμασία των συνοδευτικών λιστών/ αρχείων όπου απαιτείται. Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων τιμολογίων πρακτορείων στο Τραπεζικό Extrait και το E- Commerce και καταχώρησή τους στο Soft1. Αναζήτηση του "remittance advice" της κάθε είσπραξης από τα πρακτορεία που δεν την έχουν στείλει. Ματσάρισμα των εισπράξεων με τα ανεξόφλητα τιμολόγια μέσω του εμπορικού υποσυστήματος πελατών του Λογιστικού προγράμματος. Συμφωνία καρτελών με πρακτορεία, έκδοση χρεωστικών ή πιστωτικών τιμολογίων όπου τελικά αυτό απαιτείται μέσω Opera. Ανάκτηση απλήρωτων υπολοίπων. Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων προκαταβολών στο Τραπεζικό Extrait και το E- Commerce. Καταχώρησή τους είτε στο Λογιστικό πρόγραμμα είτε στο ERP σε συνεννόηση με το τμήμα κρατήσεων, και αναλόγως του είδους της προκαταβολής. Έλεγχος και αποστολή αναφοράς ενηλικίωσης υπολοίπων πελατών. Παραγωγή αναφορών ιστορικού και προβλέψεων εισπράξεων υπολοίπων πελατών. Experience / Certificates/ Education: ·        Πτυχίο Οικονομικής Κατεύθυνσης ·        3- 5 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον κλάδο του Τουρισμού. ·        Πολύ καλή χρήση του MS Εxcel. ·        Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας. 2η ξένη γλώσσα θα εκτιμηθεί.   Equipment needed: Laptop computer PC Screen Smartphone with a professional connection.
