Close collaboration with the F&B team is essential to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming beach or pool environment. Some of the responsibilities: Guest Service & Complaint Management Warmly welcoming guests and providing assistance at the beach. Offering information about beach/pool services and available activities. Addressing guest complaints and resolving them promptly. Operational Services Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the beach/pool area and its facilities. Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and proper use of sunbeds, umbrellas, and related equipment. Monitoring weather conditions and keeping guests informed to ensure their safety. Collaboration with Other Hotel Departments Coordinating with other hotel teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services. Useful to have: Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated. A good command of English will be considered an asset. What you will bring: Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach. Politeness, a pleasant disposition, and a friendly personality. Team spirit and strong collaboration skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a well-managed area, with a strong sense of order and cleanliness.
