Teamwork, integrity and career development are only some of the reasons that close to 2000 employees, each year, trust their future with us. 91, Athens Riviera We are currently hiring for our new Glamping and Members Club “ 91 Athens Riviera ”, an ultimate luxury cabana beach club experience, located in the area of Voula in Athens Waiter B' The Role: As a Waiter/Waitress B’ at Domes Resorts, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be serving food and beverages, ensuring a positive dining experience for Barbarossa Athens' guests. Some of the responsibilities: Guest Services Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner. Thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit. Assist the Head Waiter/Waitress or the Waiter/Waitress A’ in taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferences. Operational Services Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Assist the Head Waiter/Waitress or the Waiter/Waitress A’ in providing and maintaining the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional service. Removing dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables. Collaboration Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Useful to have: High School or vocational training in a similar field is preferred. Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations will be considered as a plus. Conversational English level and familiarity with POS system is a plus as well. What you will bring: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships, internally and externally, within their department and between their department and the rest of the team. Proactive way of managing and organizing with an eye to detail. Communication and interpersonal skills for better service.
