About the Role You will own the frontend architecture and delivery of core systems, lead technical decisions, and work closely with Product, Design, and GTM teams to build world-class user experiences for a global audience. Key Responsibilities Own architecture and technical decisions for large-scale frontend systems. Take end-to-end ownership of features with a strong user-first and quality-driven mindset. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and GTM to translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions. Drive frontend engineering best practices (code quality, performance, maintainability, testing). Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and set examples for the team. Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale or complex frontend systems. Strong sense of ownership with a user-first, quality-driven mindset. Effective communication with Product, Design, and GTM teams. Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), English as a working language. Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend stack. Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and code quality. Nice to Have Overseas education background. Experience building or evolving a design system.
