The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents. Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p mostly in the field, the need for assistance with occasional Start of Cares, and visits, when needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done routinely by the Clinical Director. We have a great team with amazing growth opportunities coming our way.
