NeoWork is seeking a Director of Operations to own and scale the operational engine of a high-volume B2B outbound lead generation agency. This role is built for a hands-on operator with deep experience running cold email and LinkedIn outreach at a 7-figure agency, and who can design, enforce, and optimize ClickUp-based systems across campaigns, fulfillment, and reporting. You will take full ownership of day-to-day operations across the entire lead-to-appointment lifecycle, including data quality, deliverability, campaign performance, and team execution. This role partners closely with the founder and is expected to bring operational expertise that elevates existing systems, improves performance metrics, and supports rapid scale without compromising lead quality. The ideal candidate is both technical and strategic. Someone who understands that high-quality commercial leads matter more than raw volume, is obsessed with performance KPIs, and can build repeatable, automated systems that support long-term growth. This role offers a clear path toward senior leadership, including COO-level responsibilities, with profit-share potential for the right person. Key Responsibilities Agency Operations & Systems Own day-to-day operations for B2B email and LinkedIn lead generation and appointment-setting services. Design, automate, and enforce agency workflows using ClickUp for campaigns, fulfillment, quality control, and reporting. Build scalable systems to support high-volume, high-quality commercial lead generation. Outbound Campaign Leadership Oversee cold email operations, including campaign setup, deliverability management, domain warming, reply handling, and A/B testing. Manage LinkedIn outreach strategies, including connection requests, messaging flows, in-mail optimization, and automation tools. Supervise lead data processes including scraping, enrichment, validation, and list hygiene for commercial B2B leads. Performance & Quality Optimization Monitor and optimize KPIs such as reply rates, SQL-to-booked-meeting ratios, and show rates. Audit underperforming campaigns, identify bottlenecks, and deploy improvements quickly. Lead with a quality-first mindset, prioritizing qualified commercial leads over raw volume. Team & Client Management Recruit, train, and manage copywriters, data specialists, inbox managers, and appointment setters. Manage the full lead-to-appointment fulfillment chain. Serve as a senior client-facing partner, leading performance reviews, reporting results, and managing expectations with B2B clients. Strategic Partnership Work closely with the founder to align operational strategy, improve outcomes, and scale the agency. Build proprietary, repeatable systems that support future growth into a COO-level role. Must-Have 3–5 years of hands-on experience running operations at a B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment-setting agency. Expert-level proficiency with ClickUp or comparable project management platforms. Deep operational knowledge of cold email platforms such as Instantly, PlusVibe, or HeyReach. Strong understanding of LinkedIn outbound strategy and automation tools. Proven experience managing campaign performance metrics and QA processes. Experience leading and managing remote operational teams. Strong client-facing communication and reporting skills. Nice-to-Have Experience working with or serving commercial industries such as HVAC, solar, or lighting. Prior experience supporting 7-figure agencies. Experience managing teams in Latin America. Based in Medellin, Colombia, reporting directly to the founder.
