Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Chester County, PA! $5,000 - Sign on bonus: Eligible to BCBAs in H&CS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. RATE: $85 per hour - Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - must have active BSL SUMMARY: The Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract position and a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team: BCBAs needs throughout Chester County, PA! BCBAs may work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs. Flexible scheduling for work/life balance! RESPONSIBILITIES: Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders. These disorders include, but are not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting. Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and / or school. Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions. Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA). Cases are typically authorized 2- 3 hours per week for each client's family based on medical necessity, and can build a caseload of multiple clients. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD CREDENTIALS: (Clearances current within 12 months) BCBA (active) PA Behavior Specialist License (active) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738 TB screening - current within 3 months Professional Liability Insurance *Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
