About the Role The DevOps Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of the company’s cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on deploying, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based systems while automating processes to support efficient development and operations. He/She will collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, enhance system performance, and drive continuous improvement in system reliability and delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the deployment, operation, and monitoring of the company’s cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS / GCP / Azure) to ensure stable and efficient performance. Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient continuous integration and version releases. Monitor system performance and service availability, respond to incidents promptly, and troubleshoot and resolve issues. Collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to ensure smooth product delivery and system stability. Develop and maintain automation scripts for application deployment, log management, and system monitoring. Implement and maintain system security, firewalls, data backup, and recovery strategies. Provide incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, continuously improving system reliability. 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps or Operations Engineer. Familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficient in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. Skilled in scripting languages such as Shell or Python. Familiar with common monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch). Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, security, and databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good English communication skills are a plus.
