Serve as a reliable point of contact for updates, escalations, and issue resolution. Ensure proactive, clear communication with both internal teams and external partners. 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor. Proven success coaching underperforming team members to measurable improvement. Demonstrated ability to drive productivity in fast-paced or high-growth environments. Strong communication skills with a reputation for responsiveness. Results-driven mindset with high energy and strong accountability standards.
