This role focuses on ownership of our Windows environment while supporting a mixed‑OS infrastructure. Responsibilities Act as the lead and primary SME for all Windows Server systems. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based servers and services. Provide guidance and technical support to the team on Windows-related issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure stable and secure system operations. Perform basic administration and troubleshooting on Linux systems as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Strong experience administering Windows Server environments. Deep understanding of core Windows services and system management. Working knowledge of Linux systems. Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
