The Opportunity Are you ready to shape the future of global security? The Intelligence Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Cyber Technical Lead to work in our Linthicum, MD location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) mission. In this mission we provide comprehensive operational, analytical, technical, forensic, and program management support to DC3, specifically the DCISE organization.   Join a team where your "greatest work" isn't just a slogan—it’s our daily standard. Contract Status: Proposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award. Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement. What you'll be doing:  The DCISE Technical Lead serves as a project lead to provide technical oversight and guidance on the DCISE tasks to advance the DC3 Mission. Needed Experience, Skills, and Education:  Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years of relevant experience or a Masters degree and 6 or more years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting. Experience in the last ten years supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting. Experience in the last ten years with scanning tools (i.e., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, and performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and malware analysis on characteristics (Message-Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1), file size, file name, file paths, etc.). Experience in the last ten years with intelligence analysis processes, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed-source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge. Experience in the last ten years conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption and how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) threat actors. Pay Range: Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
