The Opportunity Are you ready to shape the future of global security? The Intelligence Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Cyber Program Manager to work in our Linthicum, MD location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) mission. In this mission we provide comprehensive operational, analytical, technical, forensic, and program management support to DC3, specifically the Security, Human Resources (HR), and Judge Advocate (JA) Join a team where your "greatest work" isn't just a slogan—it’s our daily standard. Contract Status: Proposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award. Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement. What you'll be doing:  The PM provides overall management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the DC3 Customer. The PM facilitates Government and Contractor communications, uses industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, and ensures all tasks are accomplished IAW the customer’s requirements. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Leidos’ performance on the program. Needed Experience, Skills, and Education:  Bachelor's degree and 8 years or more of relevant experience or a Masters degree and 6 years or more of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification. Experience within the last ten years managing a large-scale government project or program. Experience within the last five years overseeing and determining manpower requirements for large scale government projects, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories. Experience within the last five years performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g., performance metrics). Clearance Needed: Active DoD TS/SCI required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education: Experience with the DC3 mission and/or large scale enterprise and cybersecurity operations. Pay Range: Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
