Provide technical onboarding and training for new customers, guiding them through Flux’s design environment and ensuring they achieve their first “aha” moment quickly. Diagnose and resolve electrical design challenges and application issues, leveraging your EE expertise to guide users to successful outcomes. Develop educational resources—docs, videos, sample designs—to scale knowledge sharing across our community. Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product priorities and improve our platform. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to triage bugs and drive customer‑requested features. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and champion within Flux. Analyze usage data to identify patterns of friction or churn and work with cross‑functional teams to address them.
