Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Application Developer with hands-on expertise in H2H (Host-to-Host) integrations to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication between internal systems and external client platforms. This role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills. Responsibilities: H2H Integration & Development: Design, develop, and implement reliable Host-to-Host (H2H) integration solutions to ensure secure and uninterrupted data exchange across client systems. System Configuration & Management: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain applications and integration components, with a strong focus on Linux-based environments. Documentation & Approval Process: Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specifications, and system configurations. Ensure all deliverables go through the required review and approval processes. Effective Communication & Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders. Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy and precision in coding, configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure integrity and reliability of H2H solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven experience as an Application Developer with strong exposure to H2H integrations. Strong proficiency in Java or other relevant programming languages. Hands-on experience working with Linux environments, including scripting, command-line operations, and basic system administration. Solid understanding of H2H integration technologies, protocols, and best practices. Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or similar enterprise integration platforms is highly desirable. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. Excellent documentation skills and strong organizational abilities.
