Support day-to-day financial system operations and user activities. Manage financial accounts and assist with budgeting, cost allocation, and expense tracking. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate data flow across systems. Assist with configuration and enhancement of financial or HR management tools (SAP, Workday, etc.). Contribute to governance, compliance, and reporting processes related to finance operations. Troubleshoot issues in financial and HR systems and coordinate resolution with technical teams. Maintain financial records, support reconciliations, and ensure data integrity across systems. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support audits, forecasts, and operational decisions. Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancements for improved process efficiency. Document processes and support onboarding/training of users for finance and HR applications.
