• Spearhead the Implementation, Delivery, and Maintenance of Finance and Tax systems & related projects. • Facilitate the users’ product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products. • Manage BAU aspects of systems, including monitoring and maintaining the operational health of the core systems. Ensure all teams adhere to system availability, reliability, and performance meet defined service level agreements (SLAs). • Work with and manage related vendor partners to deliver to the outcome. • Identify improvement opportunities and align business requirements with current architecture. • Act as a crucial bridge between business and technology delivery teams, driving both project delivery and day-to-day operations. • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Engage with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to drive solutions and resolve issues. • Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. • Good experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on finance and tax-related projects. • Experience in managing for medium-to-large complex project delivery, managing work delivered through multiple third parties delivery team. Should have good experience in delivering digital or custom solutions, integrating with package and/or SaaS enterprise solutions.
