7+ years in software development with 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role, preferably within the Financial Services industry. Strong experience in Spring Boot (REST, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA) and Spring Batch for high-volume financial transaction processing system development and designing. Good experience with PostgreSQL database, including advanced querying, indexing, and transaction management. Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for real-time transaction processing. Proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes. Proven leadership skills, with experience leading technical teams and projects from conception to deployment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
