Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / IT Business Analyst with a strong background in banking, financial services, and risk management . This hybrid role bridges the gap between business objectives and technology delivery , ensuring that complex initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory and strategic goals. The ideal candidate is adept at both strategic project leadership and detailed business analysis , capable of managing cross-functional teams, defining requirements, and driving digital transformation within a regulated financial environment. Domain Expertise – Banking & Risk Apply a deep understanding of financial products, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS9, AML/KYC). Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure technology initiatives meet governance and control standards.  Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field . 5–10 years of experience in IT project management and/or Business Analysis within banking or financial services . Proven experience in risk management system implementations (credit, market, operational, or enterprise risk). Strong knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and financial data flows . Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Proficiency with r equirements management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL). Certifications preferred: P MP, PRINCE2, CBAP, Agile/Scrum, or FRM/PRM. Support the development of risk reporting, analytics, and data management solutions. Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting risk management systems.
