esponsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units. Monitor adherence to budgets and highlight variances. Financial Modelling Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, profitability, and investment decisions. Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights. Performance Analysis Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key drivers. Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance. Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management. Create dashboards and KPIs for business performance tracking. Business Partnering Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy. Implement best practices in planning and analysis. Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel , financial modelling Knowledge of accounting principles , financial statements , and variance analysis . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.   Qualifications   5–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting. Familiarity with QB Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of forecasts and budgets. Timeliness and quality of financial reports. Effectiveness of variance analysis and recommendations. Stakeholder satisfaction and business impact.
