Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support bank-wide strategic initiatives focused on Digital Assets, Tokenization, and AI-driven solutions . The candidate will work closely with business, product, technology, compliance, and risk teams to define requirements and drive delivery of innovative banking capabilities. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Digital Asset, Tokenization, and AI initiatives . Work with stakeholders across Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Payments, and Operations within the bank. Translate regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements into clear business specifications. Support initiatives involving tokenized assets, DLT/blockchain platforms, digital currencies, and AI/ML use cases . Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mappings . Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking or Financial Services . Hands-on experience in Digital Asset, Tokenization, Blockchain, or AI initiatives within a bank or financial institution. Strong understanding of banking products, payments, settlements, custody, and risk controls . Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with regulatory considerations related to MAS, AML, KYC, and financial controls is a plus. Preferred Skills Exposure to DLT platforms, tokenized securities, stablecoins, or CBDC-related projects . Understanding of AI/ML use cases in banking (fraud detection, risk scoring, automation, analytics). Prior experience working with product teams or innovation labs within banks.
