Finance Executive Key Responsibilities Sales Invoicing & Collections Prepare and issue sales invoices in compliance with applicable Indian Government regulations . Collect, verify, and validate employee timesheets to ensure accurate invoice processing. Coordinate with clients for timely payment collection , follow-ups, and account reconciliation. Taxation & Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax , and other statutory requirements. Manage tax planning , statutory filings, assessments, and audits. Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth compliance processes. Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audits and regulatory reviews . Required Experience & Skills Hands-on experience in sales invoicing and client billing . Strong working knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances . Experience handling GST returns, Income Tax filings, and statutory audits . Ability to work closely with clients, auditors, and external consultants. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
