We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering requirements, bridging the gap between business and technical teams, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to document, and validate business requirements . Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) , FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents) , and User Stories . Perform requirement analysis , identify process gaps, and propose improvement solutions. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment of deliverables. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validating results. Maintain traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are addressed. Analyze and interpret data using Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools to support decision-making. Assist in change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes/systems. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects. Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, surveys). Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio (or similar diagramming tools). Basic SQL skills for data validation and analysis. Understanding of SDLC , Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience in [Domain — e.g., Banking,  Insurance]. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or reporting systems. Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Scrum Master (advantage).
