Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for Singapore clients across IT, Data, Cloud, and Engineering roles. Strong knowledge of the Singapore hiring market. Proactively source and headhunt top technical talent globally using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping. Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple geographies and time zones. Partner closely with clients and account managers to deliver fast, high-quality hires under tight SLAs.
