We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Newgen BPM platforms to support operational transformation and workflow automation initiatives within the banking domain. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for Newgen-based solutions Analyze and optimize banking workflows to improve operational efficiency Translate requirements into BRD, FRS, user stories, and process flows Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams Support workflow design, system integrations, UAT, and go-live activities Act as a bridge between business and technical teams Key Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 5+ years of hands-on experience with Newgen platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs, BAM, O2MS, etc.) Strong banking domain knowledge (Lending, Trade Finance, Customer Onboarding) Experience in BPM, workflow automation, and process optimization Good understanding of system integrations and digital transformation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field CBAP / Agile certification is a plus
