Position Type:  Full-Time Salary Range: $85k-$100k (depending on experience) Work Location:  Hybrid remote/in-office (see on-site requirements below). **On-site Requirements:  Hybrid & St. Inigoes, MD 2 days per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.   Essential Functions: Ability to develop and integrate master plans and schedules on DoD programs. Provide critical path analysis, identify problem areas, and create work-around solutions. Timely create and maintain program and project schedules necessary to properly plan work. Assist with establishing project budgets from proposal estimate, track committed costs, and forecast remaining costs for engineering, equipment procurement, and construction sub-contracts. Responsible for project and program contingency planning. Advises project lead on matters affecting project success, schedule and cost impacts, and develops project recovery plans when needed. Part of the project management team responsible for meeting project deadlines. Maintain a change management program. Assist with identifying out of scope work items and creating change order requests to be presented to the client, including estimated cost and schedule impacts. Within the area of responsibility, consistently identifies potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyze the issues using all appropriate resources, develop alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Other duties as assigned or required. 5+ years of related experience. 5+ years' experience using Microsoft Project. A high school diploma or GED is required. Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
