We move fast, stay agile, and adapt to ever-changing requirements and scope. We are seeking a versatile and skilled Software Engineer (Generalist) to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend and frontend systems. Build reliable and secure services using Python, Node.js, and Go . Develop user-facing features with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Vue.js, React, or similar). Collaborate with product managers, designers, and partner agencies to translate requirements into working solutions. Operate services on AWS , leveraging cloud-native services and infrastructure as code. Debug, optimize, and improve performance of applications and workflows. Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and operational excellence. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience. Candidate with more experienced can be considered for a Senior Engineer role. Strong foundation in any coding language. Experience building and shipping production-grade applications. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure. Good understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices . Comfortable working across the stack – frontend, backend, and infra. Experience leveraging AI tools and LLM-based solutions (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, code generation, or AI-assisted debugging) to accelerate development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
