About the product/team: GovWallet Suite consists of 4 products: GovWallet, GovSupply, GovEntry and GovRewards. GovWallet: A centralised payment orchestrator to simplify how WOG agencies disburse credits payout and collect payments. GovSupply: A centralised distribution system designed for WOG and organizations to efficiently distribute and manage physical items. GovEntry: A centralised, self-serve event management, access validation & attendance taking system for WOG agencies. GovRewards: A centralised reward points system to help nudge desired behaviour by transforming everyday activities into meaningful rewards. As a designer on GovWallet Suite, you will be designing journeys, experiences and screens for the products within the suite across the different products. Your teammates consists of about 2-3 other designers, in a development team of about 25. Responsibilities: Cross-functional teamwork (20%): You’ll work closely with non-designers (such as software engineers) who bring your work to life Stakeholder engagement (10%): Consult stakeholders to understand their goals and use your special ability of user-centricity to improve government digital services Design research (10%): Drive user research activities (e.g. user interviews, usability testing) and translate research findings into actionable recommendations Design system (15%): Plan, implement and promote design components and templates to ensure a consistent WOG experience that is simple yet scalable Design solutioning (35%): Develop and iterate on ideas (e.g. user flows, wireframes, prototypes) using industry tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and even AI tools). User testing (5%): Validate design decisions through usability testing and feedback loops to ensure the product is functional, usable and delightful Cross-product collaboration (5%): Collaborate with other teams when problem spaces require a mix of platform products to come together to form an end-to-end solution Have experience building Platform products meant for users to self-serve 4 years of relevant design experience Join us and discover a meaningful and exciting career with Assurity Trusted Solutions!
