Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust Java applications to support internal and external business operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes while ensuring adherence to best coding practices. Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and promote knowledge sharing within the development team. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Java technologies and frameworks. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java programming and development frameworks. Strong knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices. Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
