We're looking for a Senior Tech Lead/ Solution architect to guide our engineering team, drive technical decisions, and help shape the future of our projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment and enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies, then Mindera is the perfect place for you. 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in .NET Experience with Azure; Experience with React and Nextjs; Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices. Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices. Ideally previous experience on fintech industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in agile environments. Background in mentoring or coaching engineers. Fluent in English (written and spoken). As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, you will: Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines. Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture. Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
