Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.  What You’ll Do Proficiency in CAD design (Part modeling, assemblies, drafting, and drawing creation) - Siemens NX ideally or similar  Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals  Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)  Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles  Competent in using other engineering design tools such as FEA/FEM  Familiarity with PLM systems (Teamcenter)  Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration  Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously  Competent in the generation of technical documentation  What You’ll Need Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering  3+ years design experience in a precision engineering environment  Strong foundational knowledge of designing products for survivability  Advantageous to have worked in the design of aerospace or mil spec products and systems  Experience working with technical suppliers to ensure products design requirements  Experience in working with products across its full life cycle  Who You Are You thrive in an environment where challenges come fast and bold, and your solutions move just as swiftly.
