Il collaborera avec diverses parties prenantes. Participer à la définition de concepts structuraux ; Analyser des structures composites primaires ; Participer à la définition des tests de certifications ; Participer à l’écriture et à la validation de rapports de certifications ; Participer à l’évolution des méthodologies de calcul ; Collaborer avec les autres disciplines techniques relatives aux contraintes structurelles et des matériaux ; Participer à la vérification des rapports effectués par d’autres membres de l’équipe ; Supporter le gestionnaire de projets dans la planification de la charge de travail ; Assister à la rédaction des procédures qualités ; Participer et appuyer les projets des équipes de poids ; Supporter à la rédaction des rapports de poids ; Agir à tire de point de référence en stress pour les projets des équipes de poids ; Comprendre les exigences des normes AS 9100 relatives aux responsabilités prévues à ce poste; Respecter les procédures du SMQ de l’entreprise et y appliquer les outils lors de la réalisation des tâches ; Toutes autres tâches connexes. TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯 The Stress Specialist will be responsible for performing stress analyses on composite primary structures to validate and certify 3D design models. They will collaborate with various stakeholders. Participate in the definition of structural concepts; Analyze composite primary structures; Contribute to the definition of certification tests; Participate in the writing and validation of certification reports; Contribute to the development and improvement of calculation methodologies; Collaborate with other technical disciplines related to material and structural limitations; Review reports prepared by other team members; Support the project manager in workload planning; Assist in drafting quality procedures; Participate in and support weight engineering projects; Assist in preparing weight reports; Act as a reference point for stress-related matters in weight engineering projects; Understand AS9100 standard requirements related to this role; Comply with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and apply its tools in daily tasks; Perform any other related duties. Qualifications : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente en calcul de structures composites ; Expérience dans le secteur de l’aéronautique; BAC en génie mécanique, aérospatiale ou expérience équivalente ; Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint) ; Connaissance du logiciel de conception et de modélisation CATIA V5 ; Connaissance du logiciel de conception ENOVIA ; Connaissance des logiciels NASTRAN, PATRAN, FEMAP et HYPERMESH Bilinguisme; français et anglais, écrit et parlé, un atout.
