We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer in Getafe. Your main tasks will be: Design and modeling of primary and secondary aircraft structures using steel and composite materials Ensure manufacturability , tolerancing , and design compliance with aerospace standards Use 3DEXPERIENCE , CATIA V5 , and ENOVIA VPM to manage and deliver design work Collaborate with stress engineers , manufacturing teams , and certification engineers Create and review technical drawings , 3D models , and design documentation Participate in design reviews and support continuous improvement in design methodologies Deliver designs in alignment with project schedules and quality targets About you: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical , Mechanical , or Aerospace Engineering , or are a qualified CAD Design Technician You have 10+ years of senior-level experience in the design of aerospace You have deep expertise in steel and composite structural design , manufacturing methods , and tolerancing You are fluent in English and Spanish Mandatory skills: Expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE , CATIA V5 , and ENOVIA VPM Strong understanding of aerospace design standards , GD&T , and design-for-manufacture principles Proven collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams in aerospace development projects Added Value: Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 aerospace suppliers Familiarity with configuration management and PLM systems Mastered Tools: CAD : 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V5, ENOVIA VPM Your personality: Detail-oriented , methodical , and highly collaborative Able to manage complex deliverables under tight deadlines Strong focus on quality , efficiency , and team success
