What You´ll Do Manage procurement and supply chain activities for R&D projects and small-series production Track multiple orders, components, and material demands simultaneously to ensure smooth operations Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and production staff to meet delivery deadlines Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and stock levels in internal systems Support sourcing of specialized or hard-to-find components, balancing cost, quality, and timing Assist in developing and implementing supply chain processes and SOPs Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure procurement aligns with project priorities What You’ll Need Recent graduate in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field, or a junior professional eager to make an impact Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and internal teams Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tracking tools; ERP experience is a plus Fluency in English and German is desired, French is a plus Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing challenges Who You Are You thrive in environments where things move fast and precision truly matters.
