LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯 Gestion d’équipe ·       Diriger les équipes de travail pluridisciplinaire collaborant aux projets internes à l’entreprise ou externes (fournisseurs et client) ; ·       Former ou coordonner la formation de nouveaux employés ; ·       Participer activement au développement et au déploiement de formations sur les différentes méthodologies de travail ; ·       Effectuer les évaluations d’intégration et évaluations de rendement annuelles pour les employés de son équipe ; ·       Être responsable de l’organisation et la gestion des prestataires externes ; ·       Assurer un suivi régulier des équipes ; Gestion de projets ·       Élaborer les plans complets de projet en vue de leur réalisation (budgets, échéanciers, ressources, etc.) ; ·       Utiliser les pratiques, méthodologies et outils de gestion de projets et produire l’information de gestion et de suivi ; ·       Présenter l'état d'avancement des travaux à la Direction ; ·       Diriger, prioriser et mettre en place des nouvelles mesures d’amélioration continue dans une optique d’efficacité de maintien de la qualité ; ·       Supporter le processus de facturation (approbation client) ; ·       Assurer un contrôle financier (rentabilité), sur les différents projets ; ·       S’assurer d’atteindre les objectifs de performances (CSAT et SPI) ; Gestion et développement des comptes clients ·       Représenter la société auprès du client ou fournisseur et négocier certains aspects techniques liés au projet ; ·       Proposer des solutions à la direction en vue de croitre les comptes clients ; ·       Diriger l’évaluation des projets ; ·       Effectuer les soumissions techniques ; ·       Assurer la satisfaction du client ; ·       Participation au processus de recrutement (tri/CV/entrevues) ; ·       Développement de profils de compétences. ·       Comprendre les exigences des normes AS 9100 relatives aux responsabilités prévues à ce poste ; ·       Respecter les procédures du SMQ de l’entreprise et y appliquer les outils lors de la réalisation des tâches ; ·       Toutes autres tâches connexes ; TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯 Team Management ·       Lead multidisciplinary teams working on internal company projects or external projects (suppliers and clients); ·       Train or coordinate the training of new employees; ·       Actively participate in the development and deployment of training programs on various work methodologies; ·       Conduct onboarding evaluations and annual performance reviews for team members; ·       Be responsible for the organization and management of external service providers; ·       Ensure regular follow-up with teams ; Project Management ·       Develop comprehensive project plans for execution (budgets, schedules, resources, etc.); ·       Apply project management best practices, methodologies, and tools, and produce management and progress reports; ·       Present project status updates to senior management; ·       Lead, prioritize, and implement new continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality; ·       Support the invoicing process (client approvals); ·       Ensure financial control and profitability across projects; ·       Ensure achievement of performance objectives (CSAT and SPI) ; Client Account Management and Development ·       Represent the company with clients or suppliers and negotiate certain technical aspects related to projects ; ·       Propose solutions to management to grow client accounts; ·       Lead project evaluations; ·       Prepare technical proposals/bids; ·       Ensure client satisfaction; ·       Participate in the recruitment process (resume screening and interviews); ·       Develop competency profiles; ·       Understand the requirements of AS9100 standards related to the responsibilities of ·       this position; ·       Comply with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and apply related tools when performing tasks; ·       Perform any other related duties ; VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE  💎 Compétences  ·        Capacité à influencer positivement une équipe ; ·        Démontrer de la rigueur professionnelle et d’organisation ; ·        Avoir un souci de la satisfaction des clients ; ·        Capacité à raisonner de façon analytique ; ·        Avoir un souci de confidentialité ; ·        Avoir des aptitudes à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement ; ·        Avoir le sens des responsabilités quant aux tâches assignées.
