[English version will follow] LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯 Effectuer les activités de dimensionnement et d’analyse de soutien pour les modifications de conception, les améliorations et les nouveaux programmes de développement d’aéronefs. Soutenir le processus de conception depuis le concept initial jusqu’à la production finale, en veillant à ce que l’aéronef réponde ou dépasse toutes les exigences techniques. Appuyer les différentes équipes afin d’assurer la production d’un produit de qualité accompagné de la documentation justificative appropriée. Rédiger des rapports de justification structurelle conformes aux exigences techniques du programme ainsi qu’aux exigences et lignes directrices des autorités de certification. Créer de nouveaux modèles DFEM de certification et/ou mettre à jour ceux existants. TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯 Perform sizing and support analysis activities for design changes, improvements, and new aircraft development programs. Support the design process from initial concept through final production, ensuring the aircraft meets or exceeds all technical requirements. Support different teams to ensure a quality product with supporting documentation are produced. Write structural substantiation reports, that meet technical compliance to program, and certifying authority, requirements and guidelines. Create new and/or update existing certification DFEMs. VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎 Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie aérospatial, mécanique ou civil provenant d’une université accréditée. Vous possédez un minimum de huit (8) années d’expérience en analyse de contraintes structurelles sur les aéronefs. Vous démontrez un intérêt et un désir de développer vos compétences en leadership. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des interactions entre les charges et les structures. Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies de dimensionnement structurel. Vous possédez une expertise en méthodes d’analyse classiques ainsi qu’en outils d’analyse basés sur les éléments finis (ex. : MSC Patran/Nastran, Altair Hypermesh). Vous avez des connaissances et de l’expérience en analyse de fatigue et de tolérance aux dommages (F&DT) ainsi qu’avec les outils associés (ex. : Nasgro). Vous comprenez les règles de certification des aéronefs civils et avez de l’expérience avec les procédures de certification. Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute, ainsi que la capacité d’interagir de manière constructive et efficace au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires. Vous maîtrisez les applications de la suite Microsoft Office. La maîtrise de CATIA V5 et des applications Enovia constitue un atout. Vous êtes capable de travailler sur des problèmes techniques complexes et de proposer des solutions de manière autonome. You have a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in aircraft structural substantiation analysis. You have an interest and desire in developing leadership competencies. You have knowledge of interactions between loads and structures. You have knowledge and experience of structural sizing methodologies. You have proficiency in classical analysis methods and FEM based analysis tools (i.e. MSC Patran/Nastran, Altair Hypermesh). You have knowledge and experience in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) analysis methods and tools (i.e Nasgro). You have an understanding of civil aircraft certification rules and experience in certification procedures. You have excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to interface constructively and effectively in a cross functional team environment. You must have proficiency with all Microsoft Office software applications. You have proficiency with CATIA V5, Enovia applications – preferred. You must have the ability to work on complex technical problems and provide solutions in an independent manner.
