[English version will follow] LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯 Le concepteur/conceptrice est amené à faire de la conception et de la modélisation 2D de pièces et/ou d’assemblage, de de l’analyse à la résolution de problème reliés à la production. De plus, il produit le dessin 2D à partir du modèle 3D en respectant les normes de dessin technique du client ou de SOGECLAIR. Principales responsabilités : Effectuer la conception et le design de pièces ou d’assemblage selon les demandes des clients et selon les normes du client et de l’industrie ; Modifier ou faire de la modélisation 3D de pièces ou d’assemblage ; Élaborer et interpréter des plans, des dessins et des devis techniques pour des pièces diverses ou des assemblages ; Corriger et incorporer les changements aux dessins techniques ; Standardiser les modèles 3D et les dessins selon les normes du client et celles de l’industrie ; Analyser les demandes de modifications soumises ; Rechercher de la documentation sur les spécifications techniques, lorsque non fournies par le client ; Rechercher la cause racine et résoudre des problèmes ; Agir à titre de support technique auprès de la production et l’ingénierie ; Rédiger des procédures qualité ; Vérifier les cahiers de montage ; Effectuer de la recherche et développement ; Partager les connaissances techniques avec les membres de l’équipe ; Aider aux soumissions ; Aider à la planification de la charge de travail ; Comprendre les exigences des normes AS 9100 relatives aux responsabilités prévues à ce poste ; Respecter les procédures du SMQ de l’entreprise et y appliquer les outils lors de la réalisation des tâches ; Toutes autres tâches connexes. TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯 The designer is responsible for performing 2D design and modeling of parts and/or assemblies, as well as analyzing and resolving production-related issues. In addition, they produce 2D drawings from 3D models in accordance with the technical drawing standards of the client or SOGECLAIR. Main Responsibilities: Perform the design and development of parts or assemblies according to customer requests and in compliance with client and industry standards; Modify or perform 3D modeling of parts or assemblies; Develop and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications for various parts or assemblies; Correct and incorporate changes into technical drawings; Standardize 3D models and drawings according to client and industry standards; Analyze modification requests submitted; Research technical specification documentation when not provided by the client; Identify root causes and resolve problems; Provide technical support to production and engineering teams; Write quality procedures; Review assembly manuals; Perform research and development activities; Share technical knowledge with team members; Assist with project quotations; Assist in workload planning; Understand the AS9100 standards requirements related to the responsibilities of this position; Comply with the company’s QMS procedures and apply its tools when performing tasks; Perform any other related duties. Qualifications : Au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente ; DEC en construction aéronautique ou génie mécanique ; Expérience dans le secteur de l’aéronautique ou manufacturier, un atout ; Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint) ; Maîtriser les processus de contrôle de première production (First Article Inspection) ; Maîtriser les logiciels de conception et de modélisation (CATIA V5 et 3DVia) ; Maîtriser un logiciel de « Material Resource Planning » (MRP), tel que SAP et BaaN ; Connaissance de Mentor Graphics ou Corel Draw, un atout ; Connaissance de logiciels de conception (Autocad, Smarteam, Enovia et MBOM), un atout ; Bilinguisme; français et anglais, écrit et parlé.
