Closing Date: 27th February 2026   We are looking for a highly skilled Metallic Machinist to join our team in Silverstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, producing high-precision components that meet exacting specifications for motorsport applications. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to a culture of excellence within the machine shop. ·       Set up and operate 5 Axis CNC machines to produce precision metallic parts ·       Conduct basic inspections on completed work to ensure it meets quality standards ·       Collaborate with engineers and other machinists to improve manufacturing processes ·       Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations ·       Document production data and maintain accurate records of work done ·       Assist in the training and mentorship of new machinists Driven by high performance What do you need to bring to the team? ·       Proven experience as a 5 Axis Machinist, preferably in a motorsport or precision engineering environment ·       Strong knowledge of 5 Axis CNC machining techniques, tools, and processes ·       Experience with Heidenhain ·       Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, HyperMill would be an advantage ·       Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications ·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work ·       Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team ·       Familiarity with tooling selection and machine maintenance ·       Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines ·       Flexible approach and a can-do attitude ·       Commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace   A team like no other.
