We are currently inviting a  SMT Production Manager to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in  Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An) . Here, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills, deepen your knowledge of our products, and experience personal and professional growth like never before.   In this role, you will:   Manage all activities related to SMT and THT assembly machines, equipment, tools, jigs, fixtures, and processes. Ensure efficient organization and smooth operation of SMT, THT, and manual soldering processes in production.  Ensure all work is performed in compliance with quality standards, technological requirements, and the schedule. Collaborate with engineering, testing, supply chain, and quality departments to resolve technical issues;  Participate in the launch of new products and the optimization of production processes. Support root cause analysis, analyze processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.  Responsible for the department budget, follow-up and responsible for managing and controlling the purchasing of the department.  Process documentation development, including work instructions, training guides, and internal quality standards;  Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.  Supervise and ensure effective employee relations:  Hire and train skilled operators, technicians, workers, and other support personnel. Provides employee coaching and development opportunities.  Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.  At least 05 years of experience managing a production unit in electronics manufacturing (especially SMT and THT processes). Understanding of IPC standards and quality requirements in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.  Knowledge of 6S, Lean/Kaizen, and ISO systems is an advantage.  Good computer skills, analysis skills, decision-making, problem-solving, and effective communication. Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, Good command of English (spoken and written).
