We are currently inviting a Final Assembly and Testing Production Manager  to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in  Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An) .  Shuttle bus is provided from HCM to the factory. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills, deepen your knowledge of our products, and experience personal and professional growth like never before.   In this role, you will:   Manage, coordinate, and ensure efficient Testing and Assembly operations. Ensure timely and accurate goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Conduct stock inventory checks and manage stock levels and quality. Ensure compliance with company policies and local.  Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and provide suggestions for process improvements.  Collaborate with other departments and supply chain partners.  Process documentation development, including work instructions, training guides, and internal quality standards.  Supervise and ensure effective employee relations:  Hire and train skilled operators, technicians, workers, and other support personnel. Provides employee coaching and development opportunities. Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.  At least 05 years of experience as a Testing and Assembly manager or in a similar role (especially SMT and THT processes).  Understanding of IPC standards and quality requirements in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.  Strong organizational and leadership skills.  Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment. Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, Good command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of 6S, Lean/Kaizen, and ISO systems is an advantage.  Experience in an international environment or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
