Build a knowledge base – Create and maintain a structured repository of documentation for internal and external use. Collaborate with the best – Work alongside aerospace engineers, flight test teams, and compliance specialists to ensure accuracy and clarity. Refine and simplify – Translate technical jargon into user-friendly content while maintaining precision and compliance. Standardize excellence – Implement documentation best practices, templates, and frameworks to streamline communication across teams. What You’ll Need Must-Haves Experience in technical writing , preferably in aerospace, UAVs, or engineering. Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and translate them into structured, easy-to-understand documentation. Strong proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, LaTeX, DITA, or similar). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously. Fluency in English . Nice-to-Have Background in engineering, aerospace, or physics . Experience working with regulatory and compliance documentation (ITAR, EASA, SORA, etc.). Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML for structured documentation.
