Valuing an entrepreneurial culture of diversity and inclusion, we are seeking driven individuals to join our fast-growing regional team as we push the boundaries of innovative fintech solutions.  You will: Graphic and Motion Works:  Conceptualise and execute graphic designs, including motion graphics, for both offline and online purposes (e.g social media assets, ad banners, event collaterals, video graphics, app & web visuals, etc.). Lead artwork adaptation across marketing channels. Continuously push the creative boundaries and to test new formats and tools with a focus on performance. Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into bold visual concepts. Present and rationalise design decisions to internal stakeholders to build alignment. Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives. Launch Marketing Support: Assist in the design and rollout of creative campaigns and assets supporting YouTrip’s product and market launch initiatives. Brand Guardian: Responsible for crafting and maintaining high quality graphic treatments ensuring consistency across the YouTrip brand. Time Management: Ensure optimal workflow, resource and bandwidth is met to execute on various campaigns/projects. You are: Visual Story-Teller: you value creative excellence and can independently translate ideas into designs/motion graphics. You should possess a competitive portfolio that demonstrates your design process and technical mastery. A Technical Master: you are proficient in the latest graphics and motion graphics programs: Figma, Adobe CS (eg., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro); any additional 3D illustration & graphic software knowledge (eg., Blender) are a strong plus. An Excellent Multi-Tasker: you are someone who enjoys a truly dynamic environment, and you possess an ability to toggle between different stakeholders, campaigns and projects. Digitally Savvy: you are familiar with trending content and digital styling tools to optimise visuals for digital consumption. A Fearless Self-Starter: you are not afraid to suggest and implement new initiatives to tackle complex business issues, as long as the rationale is logical and sound. You do not mind getting your hands dirty in order to get things done under tight timelines.
