Valuing an entrepreneurial culture of diversity and inclusion, we are seeking driven individuals to join our fast-growing regional team as we push the boundaries of innovative fintech solutions.  You Will: Be a key member of the People & Culture team, playing a strategic role in building a scalable, high-performing workforce across the region as the business grows; Act as a trusted HR and Talent partner to senior hiring managers and leaders, advising on hiring strategies and market insights across Tech (Product, Engineering) and Corporate functions (Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Customer Service); Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior roles, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with business priorities; Design, optimize, and own sourcing strategies by leveraging tech talent channels, social platforms, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods to build strong and sustainable talent pipelines; Uphold and continuously raise standards of candidate experience and hiring excellence across the entire recruitment lifecycle; Drive improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and practices using data, metrics, and market insights to influence decision-making and outcomes; Play a key role in employer branding initiatives, contributing thought leadership, content ideas, and execution to strengthen our talent brand; Partner closely with the People team and other stakeholders on engagement, culture, and branding initiatives; Mentor and guide junior Talent team members, sharing best practices and contributing to overall team capability building; Support broader People & Culture initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned. Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fun, and nurturing People team, with a strong sense of ownership and care for both the business and our people; Passionate about start-up ways of working and excited to grow with a fast-moving FinTech environment; Bringing 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, either in-house or agency, with strong exposure to hiring technical roles in Product and Software Engineering; Highly experienced in market mapping, talent research, and proactive candidate engagement, including passive talent; A strategic and resourceful self-starter who can design scalable, systematic sourcing and hiring frameworks while staying ahead of talent market trends; Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions through data and insights; Well-versed in local labour laws, recruitment compliance, and HR best practices; Adaptable, resilient, and creative, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving business needs; Keen to continue developing as a People professional, with interest in broader HR, leadership, or talent strategy exposure.
