Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Leader / Account Executive to join Nexera and help drive growth across strategic accounts and new business opportunities. This position requires a results-oriented sales professional with strong leadership capability, proven experience in software or technology sales, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting and solution design to negotiation and long-term account management. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on closer and a strategic thinker, capable of guiding sales initiatives while mentoring team members and contributing to Nexera’s overall commercial success. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets · Build, manage, and grow key customer relationships across enterprise accounts · Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries · Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs · Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with company goals · Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding · Provide leadership within the commercial team by mentoring junior sales colleagues · Represent Nexera at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities · Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting in CRM tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) · 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology sales · Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets · Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and consultative selling · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with cross-functional teams · Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Additional or Preferred Qualifications: · Experience managing or mentoring sales teams · Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) · Strategic mindset with analytical and forecasting skills · Experience selling into regulated or complex B2B sectors
