You Will Perform various checks and reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations. Assist with filing and monitoring chargebacks. Review, analyze, and resolve chargebacks disputes efficiently and accurately Perform other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refunds Maintain various daily reports and ledgers. Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation Work closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience Provide recommendations for process streamlining and improvements. Finance Professional - 2-3 years of working experience with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics. Experience in the financial industry will be a plus!  Fearless Self Starter - You are interested in working and growing with a fintech start-up. Analytical and Detail Oriented Thinker - You have excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to manage confidential data. You also possess an open mind with a willingness to learn. Excellent Communicator - You are able to communicate well with stakeholders and can work well in teams and independently.
