The Role The People & Culture Partner supports leaders and team members across the EMEA and LATAM regions by delivering practical, hands-on HR advisory and operational support. This role partners closely with the Senior P&C Lead and wider P&C team to implement people initiatives, manage employee lifecycle activities, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality employee experience. This is a hands-on, execution-focused HRBP role suited to an experienced HR generalist who is confident working independently, comfortable with operational work, and keen to continue developing their business partnering capability. Your key responsibilities will include: Work with the Senior P&C Lead to ensure consistency in approach to organizational design/succession planning, change management, leadership, and talent management  Assist with and actively support P&C global initiatives and EMEA/LATAM events  Monitor the onboarding and offboarding journeys of new and departing team members and gather data to feed back to managers to prevent attrition  Anticipate and prevent potential employee relations risks  Ensure a high level of confidentiality and record accurate timely data and documentation  Review, refresh, create quality and accurate written documentation including policies, letter/guide templates, manager resources, reports, presentations, Slack communications and social media posts, etc. as required  Facilitate and present information sessions to team members as required  Undertake timely initiatives or ad hoc projects which progress the P&C function, Pepperstone brand or employee experience  Be a proactive brand ambassador of Pepperstone, internally and externally  Be the P&C lead on projects with support  Support the Senior P&C Lead – EMEA/LATAM with tasks and initiatives  Undertake reporting and share with stakeholders as required  Partner closely with key groups and leaders fostering strong, productive relationships  Inform and influence leaders with data to enhance operational decision making and business outcomes  Act as a coach for leaders, and assist with general inquiries from team members  Support talent and hiring, working with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team  Work closely with the wider P&C team on global cyclical initiatives (performance, remuneration, engagement, etc.), ensuring a consistent approach for the Pepperstone employee experience  About you Sound generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment  Tertiary qualification in HR, psychology  Previous BP or advisory experience in results-oriented environments  Experience in proactively suggesting and implementing improvements and managing change (in P&C and for the overall employee experience)  Proficiency and experience in change management and employee relations  Sound communication skills both verbal and written  Excellent time management and prioritization skills  Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to influence and present information  Ability to balance employee advocacy and commercial outcomes  An aptitude for working with technology  Comfortable with working amongst ambiguity at times  Approachable and willing to be hands on and help drive initiatives and outcomes which ultimately enable progress  Ability to role model the Pepperstone values  Ability to work across time zones on an ad hoc basis  Committed to ongoing learning and development  Why you will enjoy working with us Competitive salary structure including company bonus scheme Genuinely collaborative and friendly culture Flexible and hybrid working Remote working option - work from anywhere for up to 6 weeks per year Ongoing personal development & learning opportunities 3 paid volunteering days per year & Workplace Giving Program Periodic recognition and reward programs for outstanding performance and achievements Frequent events and celebrations Comprehensive medical insurance with coverage for your healthcare needs Pension fund Employee Assistance Program & Wellbeing Initiatives Convenient and cozy office located near Astoria at KLUSTER Coworking More about Pepperstone We’re a regulated online Forex and CFD trading platform.
