Relevant directement de l’un des Partenaires d’Investissement, la personne retenue sera responsable de la supervision de la performance financière et du développement stratégique de notre portefeuille. Ce rôle implique une prise en charge complète de la planification financière, du reporting et de la gestion de la performance.  La personne idéale est un.e leader stratégique doté.e d’une forte expertise financière, capable de favoriser l’excellence opérationnelle, d’optimiser la rentabilité et d’assurer un flux de trésorerie positif. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, en favorisant la coopération pour exécuter avec succès les stratégies d’entreprise tout en maintenant des contrôles financiers rigoureux et une conformité exemplaire.  Responsabilités principales  Piloter la planification financière en analysant la performance et les risques du portefeuille  Définir les objectifs et superviser l’ensemble du personnel comptable et financier (comptabilité, FP&A, comptes clients, comptes fournisseurs)  Préparer les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels  Élaborer et gérer les prévisions financières mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ; suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs)  Surveiller et analyser les performances pour identifier des axes d’amélioration et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action permettant d’atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs financiers  Suivre la santé financière du portefeuille et garantir un flux de trésorerie positif  Diriger et organiser les audits légaux annuels, en veillant au respect de toutes les obligations réglementaires  Développer des stratégies pour améliorer la rentabilité et le retour sur investissement  Superviser et réviser les activités comptables, y compris la fiscalité et la conformité  Veiller à l’efficacité des contrôles financiers internes et évaluer en continu les politiques et procédures en place  Collaborer avec l’équipe chargée de l’intégration des entreprises nouvellement acquises, notamment pour la production des bilans d’ouverture, des états financiers complets, et pour assurer leur intégration aux processus financiers de Valsoft  Maintenir une communication régulière avec le département Finance du groupe  Participer activement aux processus d’acquisition et de cession d’entreprises  Accomplir toutes autres responsabilités confiées par l’employeur, que la personne s’engage à exécuter avec diligence, conformément aux termes de l’accord  Prêt(e) à joindre une équipe collaborative et innovante où vous pourrez avoir un impact immédiat?  #Manos  ****  Manos Overview    Manos Software Group is part of Valsoft Corporation, a long-term investor in vertical market software businesses. Manos focuses on healthcare-adjacent verticals, including dental, medical, and veterinary software.    Position Description   As we continue to expand our portfolio of vertical market software businesses, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Finance Director. Reporting directly to one of our Investment Partners, the Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance and strategic development of our portfolio. This role involves full ownership and accountability for financial planning, reporting, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong financial acumen, capable of driving operational excellence, optimizing profitability, and ensuring positive cash flow. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to execute business strategies successfully while maintaining rigorous financial controls and compliance.   Key Responsibilities:  Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing portfolio performance and risks  Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (Accounting, FP&A, AR, AP)  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports  Build and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts; track KPIs  Monitor and analyze performance strategies to identify areas of opportunity and implement action plans to meet or exceed financial targets  Monitor the financial health of the portfolio and ensure positive cash flow  Lead and organize annual statutory audits and ensure all required filings are completed  Develop strategies to increase return on investment and profitability  Oversee and review accounting tasks, including tax and compliance  Ensure effective financial internal controls and continuously evaluate established policies and procedures  Collaborate with the integration team of newly acquired companies by producing opening balances, complete financials, and onboarding on Valsoft finance procedures  Maintain high-level interaction with the corporate finance department  Actively participate in processes related to the sale or acquisition of companies  Perform all other applicable responsibilities as delegated by the Employer, which the Employee agrees to carry out diligently under the terms of the Agreement  Ready to join a collaborative and innovative team where you can make an immediate impact?  #Manos
