About the Role We’re seeking a Mid-Level AI Developer with Full Stack Experience to join our Product & Innovation R&D team. In this role, you’ll design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven features across our suite of vertical market software products. Rather than focusing on foundational ML research, you will apply AI technologies directly to real-world production systems—building customer-facing features, integrating third-party AI services, and contributing across the full stack. This is a highly impactful role for an engineer who enjoys end-to-end ownership and wants to shape how AI is embedded into our products and internal workflows. Key Responsibilities Rapidly prototype and deliver AI-powered features using modern development tools (e.g., bolt.new, Cursor, Windsurf). Integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.) into product workflows and services. Build and maintain full-stack features spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, databases, and supporting infrastructure. Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and developers to ensure solutions are user-friendly and effective. Support internal teams in adopting AI tools and best practices. Participate in customer-facing POCs, product demos, and ongoing use-case development. Gather and incorporate user/stakeholder feedback to refine features and improve performance. Who You Are A versatile engineer comfortable working across the stack, with hands-on experience applying AI to real product features. A problem-solver who enjoys rapid prototyping, iteration, and experimenting with new technologies. Someone who thrives in collaborative environments and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Curious, resourceful, and eager to help define how AI accelerates product innovation. Capable of balancing creativity with practical production-grade engineering. Qualifications AI Development & Integration Proven experience building AI-powered products. Experience integrating AI services/APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure Cognitive Services). Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts (e.g., LangChain) and understanding of token usage, latency, and cost optimization. Regular collaboration with product management and end users to iterate on features. Frontend Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) and TypeScript. Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Material UI. Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based architectures. Backend Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Flask), or C# (.NET Core). Knowledge of RESTful API design, backend logic, and authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT). Database Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong SQL skills. Basic schema design and ability to write efficient queries. Bonus: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate). Dev Tools & Process Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Comfortable using AI-augmented development tools (Cursor, Windsurf). Overall Experience 2–5 years professional experience in AI development of software products. 2–5 years professional experience in full stack or software engineering roles. Demonstrated experience across frontend, backend, and SQL databases. Proven ability to build and deploy production-ready AI/ML applications (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG systems). Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration. Nice-to-Haves Experience working with SaaS or vertical market software. Exposure to production deployments at scale or multi-tenant environments. Experience with infrastructure or DevOps tooling supporting AI workloads.
